Scope of work was to implement a redesign of the earthquake damaged facility of a 22-unit ofice condominium development located in Calabasas Park, California. Architectural design and detail specification was implemented by Tom McAllister of McAllister Office Pavilion with complete control over the exterior design and application of five running water features, one lake, bridges, gazebo, lighting, architectual detail, landscape, signage, graphics and exterior color coordination.
